First of all, open your boxes. We regularly place smaller items inside larger items' boxes to reduce packaging waste, costs, and ultimately item prices.

You can also check your dispatch email to see what was supposed to be arriving. Sometimes we will split your order, or the manufacturer will be sending something to you directly.
